Erick is the winner of the Second Latin American Trumpet Competition - Eric Aubier - Junior category, in Bogotá, Colombia, Erick Venditte is a talented trumpet player, who has dedicated his promising career to auditions and competitions in Brazil as well as abroad. He was born in Guarulhos, a city near of São Paulo, where he began his studies with his father Albert Santos who is a great and experienced professional trumpet player and teacher as well. In 2015, he was admitted to EMESP - São Paulo State Music School, when he was just twelve years old. He studied with professor Adenilson Telles. Until today, he is studying at the same school with the teachers Edmilson Gomes and Edilson Nery.

In 2016, he won an audition for the Youth Symphonic Band of the State of São Paulo. In the same year, he was accepted in the Youth Orchestra of the State of São Paulo. Erick has participated in masterclasses and workshops with renowned trumpeters such as Eric Aubier, Martin Angerer, Daniel Crespo, Yigal Meltzer, Pacho Flores, Fernando Dissenha, Marcos Motta and Tiago Linck. As the winner of the EMESP’s String Orchestra Soloist Contest, he performed Marcello's concerto for oboe and strings.

In 2017 he was invited by Brazilian conductor João Carlos Martins, an important pianist and currently a conductor in the country's musical scene, as a soloist in the Bachiana Philharmonic Orchestra, playing the same Marcello's concerto for oboe and strings at the Municipal Theater of São Paulo. Between 22 and 28 October of the same year, Erick was Semi-finalist of the Eric Aubier International Trumpet Competition, as the youngest candidate of the competition - held in Rouen, France. In 2018 he was the winner of the Young Soloist Competition of the Young Orchestra of São, performing the Arutunian’s concerto for trumpet Recently Erick was selected for the new phase of the "Prelude" Music Competition, idealized and transmitted by Tv Culture, directed by Julio Medáglia, and also, he is participating in the 49th edition of the “Campos do Jordão” Winter Festival, a city in the mountainous regions of Sao Paulo.
